Product Introduction
Polycarboxylate Mud-resistant Agent KL-1397 is a polycarboxylate superplasticizer (mud-resistant type). The product solves the problem of slump loss quickly for the sand-gravel with mud, enhance the workability of fresh concrete. It is applied in common concrete, pumping concrete, ready mix concrete, and concrete required mud-resistant.

Technical Principle
Polycarboxylate Mud-resistant Agent KL-1397 contain hydrophobic groups and hydrophilic groups both, so dispersity and water reducing ability are good. The molecular action to electrostatic force of cement particle is vertical, that is why it can enhance the workability, slow-release on mud-resistant, enhance the slump retaining ability of the concrete.
Recommend Dosage
1. Polycarboxylate Mud-resistant Agent KL-1397 can be used separately or combine with other polycarboxylate concrete admixture, recommend dosage is 0.5% to 0.16% when the proportion is 7:3. The dosage could be adjusted according to the special aggregates.
2. For high mud containing, we suggest combine with polycarboxylate superplasticizer SPC-100, proportion is SPC-100: KL-1397=7:3.
3. Mixing time at least 150s.

Handling Notes
1. Polycarboxylate Mud-resistant Agent KL-1397 is not toxic, hazardous, but it is corrosive. Wear acid and alkali resistant gloves when using to avoid direct skin contact.
2. When Polycarboxylate Mud-resistant Agent KL-1397 contacts to eyes and skin, the affected area shall be immediately rinsed with plenty of water for minutes. Consult physician if irritation persists.
Package & Storage
1. Liquid product: 200kg drum or 1000kg tank.
2. Stored at 10-35℃, far away from sunlight.
3. Shelflife is normally 6 months. It need to be tested eligibility and then used when it exceeds.
