Application
1. Methoxy Polyethylene Glycol Methacrylate MPEG-MAA gets from esterification of MPEG & MAA by acid catalyst, mainly used for producing high polycarboxylate concrete admixture.
2. Easy manufacturing method: Firstly putting some water into reactor, then diluted MPEG and MAA. After that, added drop by drop with aqueous solution of peroxide initiator, aging and neutralizing. If the additive is 0.2%, the water reducing rate is 30%.
3. Methoxy Polyethylene Glycol Methacrylate MPEG-MAA has high water reducing rate, good slump retention ability and less additive.
4. 95% macromonomer is cream at lower temperature, MPEG-MAA need to be melted and keep temperature at 50-70℃ about 5-10 hours.
Package & Storage
Package is 200kg plastic drum, avoiding contact peroxide, far away from sunlight and heat, the shelf-life is 3 months.
